1. Boil the milk in a pan and let it cool.
2. Take 50 gm powdered herbs used for decoction.
3. Add 600 ml of water to the powder and boil
4. Boil till only 150 ml remains (i.e., 1/4th)
5. Filter the decoction and keep it aside
6. Mix the decoction with:
           • 150 ml Sesame oil
           • 300 ml Milk (more than better goat milk)
7. Boil this mixture until the water part evaporates and only the oil remains behind.
8. Boil till low flame. If you hear no cracking sound out of it, your oil is ready.
      • If you hear cracking sound from the oil, it means there is still some water remaining.
   • You need to boil it longer until all the water evaporates, then cool it and preserve it in a glass bottle.
